Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.We don’t accept cancellations. Custom or personalized orders and items on sale cannot be returned.

Buyers are responsible for paying return postage, if the item is not returned in its original condition,
the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. We deliver to addresses in Ireland & the EU
We deliver to addresses within Ireland with An-Post for small orders. For large/bulk orders please email orders@thaicrafts.eu
Deliveries to countries in the European Union will be by courier.
